StorBox officially opened its doors in September 2020, by a team of business leaders that identified the need to create an affordable, reliable and safe self-storage facility.

Our team of experts are backed with experience in the industry and customer centricity, ensuring that each client receives excellent customer care through their journey with us.

For many businesses, space is an issue for stock, there either is not enough, or additional rental space is too high. This is where StorBox plays a role in being an effective and affordable alternative.

For those that do not have enough space at home, we are also a reliable and ideal solution to keep your additional household items safe and secure. Storbox now has five locations across Durban, making their services as convenient as possible for their clients.

Storbox have five facilities in and around Durban. All sites are strategically placed and easy to locate with ideal access points for our clients. We ensure that your vehicle is as close as possible to your stored items.

Customer Care

At StorBox, we care about our customers and we care about keeping their items safe. From registering a box to the interactions with the staff during visits as well as having access to a 24hr helpline, our customers are our priority.

Security and Accessibility

Our Facilities have 24hour security and armed response and clients can access their stored items 7 days a week, from 8am-6pm. Strict digital security measures are in place as well to ensure peace of mind.
